Born on 16-1-1935 at Guntur town to late Sri C.Janakiram and C.G.Lakshmi.He had his education in Kakinada, Guntur, Nellore and Chennai.
1957
He got the degree in Veterinary Science from Veterinary – College, Madras in 1957
1959-61
He got his post graduate degree with specialization in Dairy Science during 1959-61
1961-63
He worked in Dairy farm, Palamaner, Chittoor Dt and as Asst. Lecturer in Dairy Science in Andhra Veterinary College, Tirupati during 1961-63. He has been recruited as a District Veterinary Officer in the year 1963 by Govt of Andhra Pradesh.
1965-70
He worked as Dt. Vety Officer in the districts of Cuddapah, Medak, Chittoor and Nellore, and also as project officer v/c of world food-programme at Gannavaram (Krishna Dt) from 1965 – 1970, and has been Dy Director / Joint Director of Animal Husbandry, associated with World Bank scheme in Anantapur and Chittoor Districts.
1983
He was promoted as Additional Director (AH) in 1983
1984
He got inducted into I.A.S in 1984, when he was working as Director of Animal Husbandry. He worked as MD. AP Warehousing Corporation, MD-AP Seeds Dev Corporation, MD. Agro Industries Development Corporation, MD. Dairy Development Corporation, Jt.Secretary and Additional Secretary to Govt of AP.
1993
He retired in the cadre of secretary to Govt. in the year 1993 on superannuation
He visited several parts of the country, Australia and U.S.A. His hobby subject is history and being a Telugu Person, he took interest in bringing out his small volume after going the rough literature of several authors, that narrated on the history of Andhras, for the benefit of people who love to have acknowledge of our past glory, pit-falls and maintaining our culture and literature over centuries.
